The mountains of Santo Antão are stunning and not to be missed. This island is so different to those of Boa Vista and Sal, which attract most of the visitors. Adventuring further to some of the other islands brings great rewards. Santo Antão is a great place to visit, especially if you like walking. We recommend using a local guide, who will give you plenty of information and take you on the most spectacular walks.
